of Color in Web Design
Color psychology is a phrase used to
describe the effect that color has
on human behavior. The psychology of color
is certainly not a new concept. In fact,
it has been around for hundreds, if not
thousands of years. Colors tend to carry
non-verbal and subliminal messages, and
the color spectrum evokes different emotions
and physiological responses in people. The
reactions people have to specific colors
may be influenced by many factors, including
their culture, location, gender, or even
their age.
